Registration applies to the entire school year. Registration during an ongoing school year applies to the term until the end of the ongoing school year. The following factors apply to the allocation of children to the various playgroups: 1. Extension of existing playgroup capacity 2. Date of receipt of the definitive registration (waitlist possible).
Children join the corresponding playgroup at the beginning of the new school year in August. It is only possible to join during a school year if space is available.
Playgroups take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., on Monday and Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Thursday and Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The final group allocation is determined at the end of June after all registrations have been received. A group will be held if there are at least three binding registrations. The playgroup follows the school calendar of the municipality of Wollerau and is closed during school vacation and on national holidays.
The playgroup remains closed during school vacation and on national holidays. Absences of the child (illness/accident/vacation, etc.) do not justify a reduction in fees. In the case of absence of the playgroup leader due to illness, the playgroup shall be cancelled without substitution and does not justify a reduction in fees. Whenever possible, a substitute playgroup leader will be asked to step in. If the playgroup must close temporarily due to unforeseen events, such as an epidemic, pandemic, natural disaster, etc., there is no entitlement to a reimbursement of fees. The playgroup will provide the opportunity to make up the missed days within the same school year if possible.
If the child cannot attend, please notify the playgroup leader in good time by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email.
The playgroup opens 15 minutes before the start time. The pick-up time is in the morning 11:30 a.m., on Monday and Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. and on Thursday and Friday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. Please do not come prior to this time so that the playgroup can end smoothly and without interruption.
Please give your child a healthy and delicious snack to bring to the playgroup. Water is provided.
Children should bring slippers (houses hoes) or anti-slip socks. They craft, paint, and weather permitting, play in the garden. Please make your child is wearing clothes that can get dirty.
For children who are potty-training, they should continue to wear diapers during the time they spend in playgroup as long as they are still transitioning out of diapers. We recommend the use of pull-up diapers. Since children are often distracted by playtime and may not make it to the toilet on time, diapers should still be worn until the child is comfortably potty-trained.
CHF 30 for 2.5h and CHF 36 for 3h is charged per child per morning or afternoon session held. Prices are subject to change. The resulting annual fees are invoiced in two halves, with one half charged each semester. You will receive the invoice for each semester via email. Please notify us if you would prefer to receive a payment slip. The semester fees must be paid in advance. Payment in installments is possible upon prior agreement. Once a child has been definitively registered, a processing fee of CHF 30 will be charged if the registration is rescinded.
Registration is binding and applies in each case for one school year. Withdrawal from the playgroup is possible at the end of the first school semester provided one month’s notice is given. In the case of withdrawal during the semester, the full amount for the entire semester is due. A refund is not possible.
Health, accident and liability insurance is the sole responsibility of the parents/guardians.
The place of performance for all obligations is the place of the registered office of KinderTräume GmbH, namely the District Court of Höfe Wollerau/Schwyz. Swiss law shall apply. For any and all disputes arising from this agreement, the parties agree that the competent court in Wollerau shall have exclusive jurisdiction within the scope of its responsibility.
